Visual fase: impressive color, nice cherry red in high layers with violet rims and good tear.
Nose: its French oak aromas envelops you, spicy notes, cocoa and chocolate together with blackberry notes, reds and violets characteristic of the Petit Verdot and Tempranillo varieties.
Taste: smooth entry, creamy and velvety, well- structured, with a pleasant and lively aftertaste.
The grapes are hand harvested in 25kg boxes at our vineyards and taken immediately to the sorting tables at our contiguous winery.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks of only 8,000kg to ensure an effective temperature control: not less than 20 days at 22oC to 26oC.
Manual drawn off and resting in barrels of 225L of french oak, where the malolactic fermentation takes place with a minimum of four transfers.
Bottled and stored in the half-buried cellar with excellent temperature and humidity conditions.
